Gout is a type of arthritis that mainly affects middle aged men but it can also attack women and can appear in joints such as the big toe, elbows, the knees, the fingers and the wrists. 9. Mincemeat and other red meats.
10. Broth, bouillon, and consomme.
11. Gravy is a meat extract but I thought I better add it on it's own as it is just so commonly eaten where I am from.
12. Yeast taken in the form of a supplement or when eaten in breads and alcoholic drinks.
